"I can identify the weakness, but I don't know how to turn it into a week."
That sentence, in some version, is the most common thing I hear from experienced coaches. It usually shows up at a specific moment: you have been coaching GPP clients confidently for years, then an athlete tells you they want to qualify for Semifinals, and suddenly you do not know where to start.
You know about conjugate. You know energy systems. You can write a genuinely hard session. The problem is that when it comes time to build the program, knowing your options is not the same as knowing which option to pick. You second-guess rep schemes, park athletes at moderate loads because heavy feels risky, and end up with training weeks full of what I call muddy stimulus, sessions where the intended adaptation is unclear even to you.
This is a decision gap, and closing it requires decision rules that turn what you already know into what you program next.
SIX CALLS. ONE Development Path.
SIX PRIVATE CALLS
Six 60-minute calls with me, every other week recommended. An intake form before call one means we start from your actual gaps, and call one sets the learning objectives the rest are built around.
PERFORMANCE ENGINEERING
We optimize your intake and onboarding first: a demands analysis of each athlete's sport or goal, plus a pre-consult assessment, so your first consult starts from "here is what I found" instead of cold questions.
BACK-END BUSINESS SYSTEMS
Onboarding, progression and training libraries, feedback loops, and funnels. Marketing that does not require living on Instagram, including how I use AI for content and branding, with recorded walkthroughs.
PROGRAM REVIEW AND EDUCATION
As much review of your actual program design as fits, plus about 30 minutes of education per call on topics driven by current research, matched to what your athletes need.
THE CURRICULUM IS You.
There is no fixed syllabus. The work is built around your gaps. These are the topics current and past mentees have actually worked on.
PROGRAMMING SYSTEMS
- Weekly template architecture
- Metcon construction frameworks
- Olympic lifting session design
- Work-to-rest frameworks by training zone
- Pace versus effort prescription
- Building progressions backward from a test
- Conjugate-style structures for mixed-modal athletes
COACHING CRAFT
- Demands analysis and prioritization
- Athlete assessment
- Energy system training
- Running prescription methodology
- Periodization and competition peaking
- Loading decisions, including when heavy is the right answer
BUSINESS SYSTEMS
- Lead funnels that fit a coaching practice
- Onboarding systems
- Client feedback loops
- Pricing your work with confidence
- Systems that let the business scale without burning you out
"Kyle's coaching consult provided so much clarity and practical insight that I was able to apply immediately. His ability to connect research to real-world application is incredibly valuable, and I left with a clear direction and next steps."
"He didn't just give me information. He gave me a structured plan I can actually test. This consult gave me the exact protocols, adjustments, and progressions I need. The way he explained things just made it click."
"Working with Kyle has completely changed how I approach programming for my athletes. His systems are practical and immediately applicable."
A HANDFUL OF COACHES At a Time.
Mentorship is $2,500 for six calls, capped at a handful of coaches at once, because every call is private and every development path is individual. The next wave fills after the Collective launch. A deposit locks your spot with the start date you choose (an October start is fine), and a payment plan is available.
While enrolled you get the full mentorship community on Skool: every recorded call in the searchable archive (about 70 hours, timestamped), the template and progression libraries, Loom video reviews of your programming, and the Collective's weekly calls. Access continues for 90 days after your final call. The first step is a 15-minute discovery call where we figure out whether the mentorship fits your gaps. If it does not, I will tell you, and point you somewhere better.
HOW ARE CALLS SCHEDULED?
Every other week is recommended, at times we set together. Reschedules are fine with 24 hours' notice, and a deposit with a delayed start date is fine too.
WHAT DO I KEEP AFTER THE MENTORSHIP ENDS?
Every recording, transcript, and written summary from your calls, plus your development path document. You also keep Collective access for 90 days after completion, then standard membership rates apply.
IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes. We cover options on the discovery call.
COLLECTIVE OR MENTORSHIP?
The Collective is the ongoing environment: weekly calls, the libraries, and other serious coaches to think with. The mentorship is a step above: six private calls where I personally build your systems and review your program design, with the Collective included throughout and for 90 days after. If you are unsure, start with the Collective and add the mentorship when you are ready to build.
HOW IS MENTORSHIP DIFFERENT FROM CONSULTING?
Consulting is project-based: a specific question, a defined outcome, billed by the hour. Mentorship is a 12-week development arc with a custom path, built to change how you coach rather than answer a single question.
I'M NEWER TO COACHING. IS THIS FOR ME?
The mentorship meets you where you are. Most mentees have a few years of experience and a real roster, but the framework is the same whether you coach six athletes or sixty. The discovery call is where we figure this out honestly.
